    To Black Americans,

Everyone has a personal story and grip about someone or some group. No person or group can promise equality for all persons at all times, but our government can promote equity, i.e., fair treatment before the law. We are all in this together.

There is no sadder thing than a missed opportunity. Therefore “contempt before investigation” concerning the American Tea Party would be sad indeed. Before any person rejects the freedom and liberty espoused by the Tea Party movement, they should attend one and see for themselves. Yes, we are a little miffed at the current administration and we are using our current freedoms to express our concern. We are also concerned by the movement toward political correctness that wishes to stifle free speech. Don’t let this happen.

Attend the July 4th 2009 Tea Party at Michigan’s State Capital.
